Sandi joined InDI in September 2015 as Personal Assistant to the former Director, Joe Lockwood.
She was born in Kenya and came to Forres at the age of 10 when her father was posted to RAF Kinloss. She left Forres Academy at 18 and moved to Edinburgh to complete a Medical Secretarial Course. Sandi had various roles in the healthcare industry including Medical Receptionist for a shipping doctor in Leith, Personal Assistant to a professor of psychiatry at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital, and Theatre Bookings Manager at the BUPA Murrayfield Hospital.
Sandi later worked in Saudi Arabia as a Medical Secretary for one of the largest oil companies in the world, Saudi Aramco. She spent 10 years in the Middle East and travelled extensively throughout the area and Asia during that time.
Sandi moved back to her family home in Forres in 2007 and worked at Inverness Airport as a Passenger Service Agent and a Terminal Duty Officer.
